We offer refunds where an item is deemed to be faulty by us. Please email us at twolittlesons@outlook.com.au within 14 days of your original purchase to make your request and we will do our best to assist you. Where we are found to be at fault, postage costs incurred will be covered by us. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.


Product care

Our job is to source the most beautiful crystals and use them to create your masterpiece. Your job is to ensure you care for them properly.

The metals we use are plated and therefore usual wear and tear can occur over a period of time.

To ensure the longevity of your purchases, we suggest that you take your piece off before showering or when swimming. We recommend not spraying perfumes or essential oils directly on them and minimise their exposure to serums, face/body creams, artificial tan and makeup. When not wearing your piece keep it safe in our keep safe cotton pouch that comes with every online purchase.
