We will not be offering product exchange at this time. Any enquiries please email us at twolittlesons@outlook.com.au.

We offer refunds where an item is deemed to be faulty. Please email us at twolittlesons@outlook.com.au within 14 days of your original purchase to make your request and we will do our best to assist you. Where we are found to be at fault, postage costs incurred will be covered by us. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For any breakages or items damaged by postage, we will offer a partial refund of item.
